Brian Barrows is a true Lewes/Rehoboth Beach native, growing up on the local beaches and developing long-lasting relationships throughout the area. Jenn hails from New York, bringing a wealth of regional business experience and expertise to our area. The Barrows have first-hand experience with both the “local” perspective and the “new” perspective of someone moving to the Delaware Beaches. Brian’s background as a PGA Golf Professional with two of the most exclusive clubs in the country, The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, FL & Bidermann Golf Club in Greenville, Delaware has given him unique insight into both luxury properties and luxury buyers over the years.
Jenn’s previous career in sales with MBNA solidified her “customer first” attitude which permeates the entire Barrows & Associates team. Jenn also worked with a start-up telecommunications company – Conectiv Communications in Wilmington, DE. As the third person hired, she managed and implemented every type of marketing imaginable and grew with the company until it employed more than 300 associates. This marketing, advertising, internet, event & direct mail experience encouraged one of the top Realtor teams in Rehoboth Beach to create a position for her as their Marketing Director. During her tenure, Jenn sold millions in real estate, listed properties and managed a four-person team of high-performing sales associates. The depth of this experience prepared her to build the successful team of Barrows & Associates.
Brian and Jenn live in Rehoboth Beach with their two young sons & dog Tango. Ann lives in downtown Rehoboth Beach and is a retired nurse specializing in cancer treatment. Kim and her family live on the water in Lewes and have successfully run their own printing company for 37 years but Kim’s love of real estate has brought her around to working with buyers in the beach towns she loves. Joyce lives in Long Neck and has relocated recently and that gives her the ability to relate to those who are also thinking about relocating. Joyce also assists in handling the clients needs for Jenn and Brian for their upcoming closings.
